Yeah went out at midday for a cruse to Granton and back, also checked out the new crit track at Tolosa pk. Very impressive. only did a tad over 40k. Very hot when you stop lol. Garden hose showers the go today.

fair few cyclist up the mountain on sat. early mornings - cant beat it. nice at the top. a little blowy though. easier than riding up in the snow!!!!!!

Well there was a bunch that leaves at 8am from Dome in Sandy Bay every Saturday morning if your interested next time. Or a couple of us leave earlier.

might consider something like dome rides in the future. seen the dome dudes around i believe. i think they overtook us up bonnet once. as soon as they hit the bonnet it was all on and they flew past us...and then just as fast back the other way as a few started dropping off. i said hi to one guy, he just groaned. looked like fun. im currently up at 6-ish and we try to get all riding done by 10ishm so maybe somewhere down the track dome rides would be cool to do and fit in with that.

I did 20K along the Clarence foreshore at 2PM, saw 42 degrees on the Garmin. Frig it was hot.
