It's almost like he's got a thing for Colnagos lol.

I could play the game too, but it doesn't matter how many you have, Apollos and Shoguns don't make a winning hand :) .

So I have an Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra, SLX. Seattube 64cm c-c and toptube 58cm c-c, how did this bike end up so short?

Still waiting for some parts, havent ridden it yet.

These dimensions have me wondering if your Merckx frame was custom built for a tall guy with proportionally and unusually longer legs than his body? Eddy would build frames to suit an individual or even a body positional theory he may be investigating. I wonder if your frame was an old trade team frame?

I love the blue Merckx Criterium frame by the way. I hold Merckx frames in very high regard and yours, Steely, is in the colour scheme I would prefer too. I'd say it will prove to be a little 'twitchy' to ride and you will have to concentrate a little more on maintaining a straight line as it will easily wonder about.
