The bitsa looks like a Gefsco. Has his dropout finishing and he has used that BCM lugs on his frames. Just the seat stay tops seem like someone else's.

I doubt they're Campag. Skewers are prob American Classic. Hubs look to be of Shimano shape. Probably 36h hubs half laced to 18h Deep V. I've got a 18 spoke wheelset built like that but with Aerohead rims.
