Yes, that's right, you can buy a new 3-speed fixed Sturmey again from Sunrace for about $130 I believe. In lots of different colours if you so wish. I thought that would kill the silly prices for the ASC gears but they seem to have achieved icon status (or they are not selling ) While originality is nice I would prefer a new one for a 'rider' restoration.koen wrote:This is kind of funny as I just pulled my asc out of a pile of junk I've had for years in orde to fix it up.
