Edit: Spokesman has stem shifters. Check twice post once Bob.
For $40 negotiable dont think twice !
Ive been searching for a good spec spokesman for a while, they where a Canberra business in the 80s that branded their own
Bikes on a made to order setup. If you had a spokesman back then you where pretty cool
Offer him $30 !!
When in doubt......mumble.

Well, no, it's not a pushbike, otherwise I'd be pushing it...

Oops, sorry Bob, that was mine  . The frame was half reasonable and originally came with suntour cyclone gear which I wanted. It was the wrong size and surplus, so I got rid of it. Tried to sell frame only on the board here about 6 months ago for $20 from memory, but no takers.

All good mate, if I really needed it then would've responded when I first saw it :)

I think it's the attraction to a retro lugged frame that had me tempted, not that I really have the room for any more bikes

  I need to declare an interest in this one as well Bob (I'm having a wee clean up at the moment). It will only be listed for a couple days, as I'm heading away later this week. If it doesn't sell, will try again in a few weeks time. Reasonable offers considered for those who refer to this forum  .

Different take on this. Sliced my finger on a printing plate at work a few weeks back. Nasty. Applying pressure. Had my P/timer assistant there. Realised a Ricardo Elite I had on watch was up in a few minutes.
She thought it hilarious when I leapt to the iMac and placed a bid. (with the good hand).

Been doing it for years. Best way ever to stop bidding wars on items that you want. It's pretty rare for me not to win an auction these days. It also helps to have an idea what items are worth that your bidding on.

View item
First time through:
powder coated frame, odd mix of Campagnolo, Suntour and Shimano? Some nice parts anyhow.
... 531 seat tube decal on fork blade?
Cable quick releases undone on brakes.

Second time through:

Eh, might still be worth watching for the parts.

Must of been some serious rust in that bottom end. Why would you bother getting it done. Definitely a good mix of parts though. Nothing really rubbish on it.
