Ive been searching for a good spec spokesman for a while, they where a Canberra business in the 80s that branded their own

Oops, sorry Bob, that was mine . The frame was half reasonable and originally came with suntour cyclone gear which I wanted. It was the wrong size and surplus, so I got rid of it. Tried to sell frame only on the board here about 6 months ago for $20 from memory, but no takers.

I think it's the attraction to a retro lugged frame that had me tempted, not that I really have the room for any more bikes

Different take on this. Sliced my finger on a printing plate at work a few weeks back. Nasty. Applying pressure. Had my P/timer assistant there. Realised a Ricardo Elite I had on watch was up in a few minutes.
She thought it hilarious when I leapt to the iMac and placed a bid. (with the good hand).
