But three things make a difference ...the type of canti, the particular type of lever and the proposed use.
In general I find all those late low profile canti's were not much good without careful set up and grippy pads.
In any case that add just seemed wrong and those levers look to actually match the brakes.
I'm just amazed to see an ebay add with mistakes/fibs

Well, it wouldn't apply to a monster like that but on a serious touring bike the underslung cage was where you kept the meths bottle for the Triangia cooker
