Yep, nevermind.....Thought local pick up may have deterred others and it could do for a steal, apparently not.

Custom made thing, looks like it's Tange 2 and *very* lightly used - check the rim sidewall wear! It's like a track bike. A strange mix of components, Nitto stem with Cinelli bars, Campag cranks with Shimano 600 FD and Suntour Cyclone RD, Mavic rims... Still it's all high end and mint condition.

Not bad looking Graecross with some very unusual cranks and shifters.

EDIT: And here's a Jennay bike! With a rather...interesting...disclaimer.

EPIC saddle angle! (half decent Clamont hiding under it btw)

Those cranks are the predecessor of Dura Ace 9000.

Sebring with some Arabesque parts

Another, with the drillium cranks and rings. Will it stay cheap?

Positron (from the company that brought you 10mm pitch chains). Are these the Cranks with the ratchet so that the chain was always moving and you could change gears whilst coasting?

A world of frustration awaits...

I've had a bike with a Positron group (though the rear derailleur was completely different and it had stem shifters) and the cranks didn't bear any resemblance to those.

An interesting one here, a run of the mill De Carlo that looks to have bent forks. I messaged the seller about the forks and questioned the "made in Australia" in the description, he got back to me very quickly saying he'd check the forks and that the bike was an early one made in Adelaide before production moved to Taiwan. Has anyone heard of that before?

My work ebay account does not need a decent feedback rating. Im tempted to use it to bid on the jennay bike just so I can meet them....

All the disclaimers seems to indicate that he knows something about the bike, yet the fork is on backwards. Seriously, how can people get forks on backwards??????

Another update on this one

ebay seller wrote: The frame is made in Australia by Bicycle Frames Australia P/L of Adelaide for Rays Bicycles later bikes were made in Taiwan. Took the bike to the bike shop this morning and they informed me that is the shape of the forks there is no evidence they have been bent they also lined up the frame and forks and it is spot on.

So it might just be the angle of the photo that makes them look bent but I know I wouldn't buy it, very interesting bit of info about the manufacture though, has anyone heard of "Bicycle Frames Australia"?

Something that has a Brooks saddle, and possibly 600 arabesque for only $180

Half cheap Shogun Ninja(I think)
http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/mangerto ... 1027291570

Trek 1200 apparently with Campag Mirage. From what I can tell, Sante or RX100 brakes, and a Sachs freewheel.
