Picked up a new Cinelli stem for the Cecil, so for those doing a retro fix the following is free to good home, I began cleaning it up and a little more TLC will see it sparkle but it did not suit the Cinelli bars I scored it is 90mm and clamp diamet about 25mm. I could Ebay it but could not be bothered so if you want it pipe up
First in best dressed. I can post as I can do from work so no need to worry about getting hold of it . Send me a PM with details and I will pass on but please have a use for it and don't just grab it for the sake of it
