Sorry Servicimo

It's an old 1988 model. Pre-indexing.
Will work great with some Simplex Retroshift levers and a 6 speed block though...... :P

Probably should have mentioned that in the original post. oops.

This may be a long shot - does anyone have a cone for a Normandy Luxe Competition 126mm rear hub?

Are they a different size cone to the standard normandy hub found on all sorts of old french bikes?

Not sure, I haven't seen a Normandy hub before this, although I knew they're a pretty common brand.

Here's a pic of the cone I need to replace, diameter at the widest point is 18mm. You can also see why I need to replace it. Rebuilt front hub is behind it.

Do they look anything like that?

Open to offers of a tiny trade if anyone can help, or I can just send cash or something..

From Googling around it does look like Maillard/Atom/Normandy are pretty interchangeable.

Looks very similar to me. One is in great nic, while the other is quite pitted. I measure them at about 17mm though. They came off a rear atom hub that was destroyed. I've still got the full front hub on a rim, but likely won't use it. Did you want to pm me with an email address and i'll send you some pics.

Thought I'd try here before I buy from Hillary Stone.

Anybody have spare stronglight 99 chainrings (86 BCD), looking for around 50 & 36 tooth rings. Have a fairly wide range of stuff to swap.

Cheers.

To trade: Campag Record downtube shifters, band-on model. Very good condition. These are the ones without the cable guide ferrules. Levers are marked "Patent Campagnolo Vicenza Italy"

Will trade for: The same, but for braze-ons.

I always thought that you could just pull clamp on shifters off the clamp and put them on the braze ons. Is that not right?

Tried that, I either don't get enough friction to hold it in gear or end up with the outer metal plate sticking out cos it's on top of the outboard side nylon washer, and it looks messy.
