SHC? australian?

hey all?
i have now also come across a SHC frame/bike.
it does look like it is a good quality road/racer. the geometry is tight
it has sugino 3 piece cranks like these but not anondised, they are drilled however.
it also has gold alloy rims and as you can see from the very small image the lugs have heart shapes cut out of them. they are highlighted gold on the red frame.
is this an australian made frame?

Your bike might be a Sekine_SHC made in either Canada or Japan.
I haven't heard of the brand before, but I found some information with a Go_ogle search.

thanks oldtimer . i came up with the same results but though there may have been an australian manufacturer at some point.
