I looks to be fully chromed, even under that white paint. Seems to be a very high end bike. Maybe start a new thread, and take some pics of the dropouts(where the wheels are clamped to), seatstays, fork crown, and any other markings you can see. More pics, then more info for us to help you.

not new, but since I posted it in the Pug appreciation thread I'll post it here too

1990 Tourmalet. Upgraded from 300ex to 6400/6401 tricolour. NJS Kashimax Aero saddle, Sakae anatomic bend bars. Pictured here with XLR8 Rouleur rims laced to 6400/6402 hubs, but picked up Mavic Open 4CD laced to 6400/6401 just the other day.

Cheers! They're 105 PD-5700 pedals but it seems they got recently discontinued and been replaced with carbon versions! Should have stocked up because it seems the remaining pairs online (ebay) have gone up in price :(

I know Singapore well and suspect he might be a central figure in the classic bike community over there. http://oldsteelers.blogspot.com.au/2013" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ... -2013.html

Finished for now, most likely a custom frame built for Durban Cycles, not sure what type of steel, but weighs in at 10kg as pictured. Put together with Superbe Pro friction group, and a very nice set of new/old wheels courtesy of Josh/Velo13 from xlr8, Superbe Pro low flange 28h hubs on H Plus Son TB14s.

Nice. You've just sealed TB14's as the rims on my next build.

Fitted with a full 105 groupset, generic bar, generic quill stem, velo orange headset, Brooks seat + tape, H plus son wheels + velo orange hubs. 8)

Weighs 9.55 kg with pedals.

I know this was a few pages ago, but that is absolutely beautiful. Hands down one of the classiest builds I've seen. Good stuff kman ;)

I did some work for him but I should sell it and give him the money.
Where should I sell it?

Trenching....but You are right I still don't deserve it!
The only thing it needs is a new stem ( horrible corroded Profile stem ) and a bar plug.
Everything else is Record and in really great condition.

I've just picked up an Apollo Eclipse (unknown year) for the vast sum of $25

[URL=http://imageshack.com/i/fvtc9wj]Image[/URL

Plan is to keep the original paint but replace the tubes, tyres, bar tape & a new saddle. Also going cleats and some shoes.

Fingers crossed I can get away with the lot for under $200 so I'll be searching all the bargain ads here & flea bay in hope....

You asked for neon.

I have previously promised to post a picture of my bike for Daccordi Rider.

This has been my race bike for the last 23 years. It was originally built with a 7400 group set including the first version of Brifters. It got a re-vamp when I picked up a 7800 group set in Taipei in 2006 including the plastic wheels.

I built up my crit wheels with old school low profile rims and Novatec hubs for a total cost of less than $100 since I already had the spokes (had to use 1x lacing on the front to use the length I already had) sorry for the mismatched tyres, I'll try to wear out the rear one, but I've only ridden this bike a handful of times this year since most of my racing is on a tandem these days.

Cheers,

Cameron

Wow you guys really have some impressive work/bikes. Feel ashamed all of mine are ready to go from stores. Really like the mint and teal coloured ones when it comes to looks. Gotta step up my game and try to do it like you pros. Keep posting! This is like an art + bike show haha

I recently acquired a frame that looks identical to this one. Started taking off the badly crazed brown paint and there is metallic blue paint hidden under there and a Paconi decal. Seems to be a quality, light frame, don't know.
