T-shirt would be good, if not the stickers. Some one needs to take charge and do it. Bags not it.

Might work up some Tange 7 once these are done. And maybe a Reynolds 007.

OK, better do some real work for a while before I go home for the day. This one is probably too much of an in-joke for widespread acclaim.

OK gents (and possibly ladies), here we go.

http://www.cafepress.com.au/boxofsand

"Box Of Sand" webstore selling 532, Gaspipe and Clunker shirts. I will probably add another Reynolds-based one soon. It's just short sleeve t's for now. CafePress were cheaper off the top than RedBubble, and a few others, by a good few dollars. Shipping seems to be reasonable, from what I can see. Order two, order three, fit out the family for cheap. I've bought a few of the ringer T's from other webstores, and they hold up pretty well.

If you want long sleeve shirts, womens, mugs, etc, or if you've got suggestions for other versions, let me know and I'll see what I can do. I've taken advantage of a pretty quiet spell at work to do this, and it looks like that will end on monday morning and its business as usual.

Financial disclosure: I have priced these at $2 above CP retail per item. If I make enough to buy one myself, I'm happy.

Nice work Jim,

I just like that it uses USA sizing, so that even a fat bloke fits into an extra large.

Yeah, I had a good laugh at the Columbo one. It's great. I would definitely buy the 007 one on a t-shirt though.

Got bored, started work on it anyway. Just got to nail down the columbus font (might be easier to modify the individual characters by hand) and exact colors.

Here is a WIP screencap:

Ever finish this up? Im gonna get one of these printed together with other decals for my Bundy. Itll be good if you can send over the EPS file so I can forward it to the vinyl dude. Although, having a custom one like one of Jim's would be cool too.

And, what's the dimensions of the logo on the left?

Sorry, work must've got busy and I never got around to it. The photos are just low res junk I found on google images, no idea if dimensions are correct.

Finished it off today, bit rough but serviceable. EPS & AI file with outlined fonts. And an editable (black text only) AI file if you have Humnst777 BT Bold on your system. "COLUMBUS" in white is not editable as I had to custom trace the individual characters so it's all outlines, not a font.

Let me know if these links don't work and I'll upload somewhere else.

Just fiddling about with a couple of *.ai & *.eps files with Open Source software, Inkscape & Gimp specifically.

Are EPS files scalable at all in some software? GIMP just seems to open them as a converted or dithered down raster image, depending on the import parameters you chose.

Gimp only supports its native file format, for everything else it needs a plugin. Ghostscript might be it for eps but you better google it.
