'Freewheeling' & 'Push On'

Postby frailer5 » Mon Oct 15, 2012 7:18 am

Big sort out at home. Came across a Sept '84 FW, and a Sept '86 PO. Lots of nostalgia in there... memories of visits to Inner City Cycles (Glebe), Warren Salomon behind counter...
If I were to scan the contents of both, and upload so it's easily read as web pages, would people consider this worthwhile? If you would find a road test of the Repco Cresta touring bike by Warren riveting, then am happy to do it. Oh, and then there's the ads...

Well, no, it's not a pushbike, otherwise I'd be pushing it...

Big yes. I came across an 80s car mag with reports on the 7th nats, and the ads were hilarious.

OK, will happen. Have to get a little Epson flatbed this week, as I need to scan in some old pics, as well. Shall post back when uploaded.
