Was wondering if anyone has heard of these and are they any good?

From what i've read there may have been a couple of Southern Cross brands, one in particular was a pommy frame builder (i have what i believe is one of those frames). A picture tells a thousand words, but in the absence of that, the running gear can tell a bit.
