who made this frame??????????

this is an old frame I found, the serial number is 2, probably making this bike the second one they made, I also have the same frame with serial 62 on it. any Ideas of the creators??????

It's a Repco.

The maker depends on where you are. They sub-contracted a few.

I might be wrong, but it looks like 1950s - 60s.

It might help if you post up a side-on pic of the whole frame.
