Help identify my tom wallace ...

I purchased a Tom Wallace special and on the seat post clamp is stamped V837 it has a sturmey 3 speed hub and looks like oil ports in the bottom bracket , bolt on stays , there's no castings like the stars on a Malvern or the maps of Australia etc can anyone give me an age on it ?
