Repco Roadster, cool. I have started stripping it down etc today - its seems old, head set bearings not caged, not BB bearings either [made in England]. The forks have the embossed MS stars on them. I know some manufactures used to also outsource their forks etc so perhaps the Frame is made in Coburg [Bates] and forks sourced form Malvern Star (both Melb, logistically makes sense I suppose). Have you heard of this kind of thing? feasible? See image here:

http://www.bicycles.net.au/forums/viewt ... 23&t=54734 here, for example lube port non-drive side of frame, rear stays bolted, 3 digit number stamped on BB shell - so i think its the a closely similar bike with a few diff's i.e. head tube has only 1 R and the Forks have an R too. It may be a good source of info/blueprints to restore mine from.
