Sid Patterson was an Australian champion track cyclist in the 1950's/60's.
He had a bike shop in Glenhuntly Rd Elsternwick, Melbourne right up to before he died from cancer over 10 years ago.
His son took over the shop and moved to East Bentleigh but the shop closed about 4/5 years ago.
The shop did custom frames but I don't know who built them.
Your best bet would be to contact anyone at Carnegie Caulfield Cycling Club who still use the velodrome in Carnegie.
