Hi,
Did a quick search and couldn't find any results, but is anyone doing the Beechworth Gran Fondo L'Eroica ride coming up?

Seems like a good idea considering the interest in retro rides/riding lately.
Pre 1980 bikes only. Might have to invest in something old and sign up.

I think it's now extended to pre '87 bikes but it's a bit confusing as the website mentions both 1980 and 1987.fletch62 wrote:Hi,

I'll be giving it a miss, partly because I don't really have a suitable bike (80's steel with a modern groupset or a period correct Malvern Star Sportif don't seem to fit what the organisers are after) and partly because I'm local and a tight arse and can ride those roads for free.
I might break out one of the older bikes and ride to Beechworth for the day to spectate
