Need help identifying this one

Bought this frame with everything except wheels and seat mainly as a donor for the bits and pieces hanging off it, but then realized the steel frame looked better than your usual run of the mill jigger. Although it's not looking flash at the moment, it looks to have been chromed plated with the bottom half of the seat and chain stays left unpainted. The forks are chrome also. There are no identifying frame marks I can find, with a Shimano 600 decal near the bottom of the seat tube being the only "clue". The lugs are interesting in their detail at each junction. Obviously looking for any thoughts on the make, and thinking the lugs should be a good clue. The serial number and its location are similar to 1970s Centurions in the USA. From the serial number probably 1977. Looks like a Centurion Super LeMans.
