Hi All,
I've been working on a website dedicated to the old Australian brand of bike the Austral (or the bike with the Aussie maps on the front).
The site is almost complete(more to come still though) so I thought I'd post it here for anyone who owns an Austral, might own one in the future or just likes old bike stuff to have a look at.

All feedback in regards to information or possible improvements appreciated.
I'm also looking for people with Austral bikes to add to the Austral owners section by sending me through some pics of their bike.
If you have anything and everything related to the Austral brand please contact me as I'd love to hear about it.
Cheers
Jason

I had a giggle when I read "guaranteed for 10 long years" on that old poster, and wondered if a long year was somehow related to the long weight my dad used to send me looking for.

I saw one with a life time guarentee. Made me think if one of my old Australs breaks can I take it to Malvern Star and ask for them to replace/fix it for me.
Quite sure I know the response i'd get
