Chesini - Who has one?
Postby jetglo » Fri Aug 11, 2017 12:10 pm
I will take ownership of a mid 80's Chesini X Uno for my 50th at the end of October.
My partner is getting it for me and I'm not supposed to know but you know how these things are, a heap of questions about size, colour brand etc. has given it away.
Other people must have them also, so what have you got and how is it?
Like this one but with Campagnolo Super Record

Rubbish. You'd be better off giving it to me.

Beautiful.
I have a NOS 1984 Chesini Precision frameset in blue chromovelato.
Bought it on impulse because it is so beautiful but I've never gotten around to building it up to the standard it deserves. Thinking about selling.

Way too small or big for you - either way.

^ Oh well, thanks for the offer.
On a more serious note, check out the Chesini catalogues on Bulgier.net: http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/catalogs/

All the details are here. A new folly...
From the 1985 catalog - so it can be built to period-correct specification.
