Dating 28" x 1 3/8" westwood wheelset

I have a 28" x 1 3/8" Westwood wheelset, 40/ 32 hole, British Hub Co " Sivada" hubs, rear fixed/ freewheel, chromed, residual chrome on the rims. About what year do you think? Cheers Pete

probably late 1950's to early 60's , probably off a ladies bike? not sure I've heard of that exact hub so you could try researching that. Post up a photo of the hubs?
