After a ride in threatening rainy conditions and fiddly work with the packing of the rain-cape and hat I have rearranged things so that the Brooks saddlebag sits clear of the cape strapped to the rack. Means that the Brooks is not strapped to the seatpost, but it sits much better for loading and unloading the bag.

The toolkit below the TT looks like it would be perfectly sized for a Mauser machine-pistol.
