Help Identifying a side-of-the-road Frame!

Postby hemirokingi » Sat Jun 02, 2018 12:21 pm

Hi all!

Looking for some helping regarding a frame I've just grabbed off the side of the road. It's pretty rough, but salvageable - I think! It's got a mix of Shimano 600 (cranks, brake levers, FD) and 105 (RD, shifters) and serial number SCWA1154 on the underside of the bottom bracket. Reynolds 501 tubing. Half a down tube decal remaining, but a preliminary google has't turned up anything that matches! I think the lugs are Haden royal sovereign? Any knowledge is appreciated!

Looks the goods... provided you're a midget.

501, so not top-of-the-line, but not junk either.

Clean it up and ride it.

I have a very similar looking frame which is a Gazelle.
