Vintage Hillman value

Hi there, have a vintage custom Hillman road bike with a 4 digit number 1123 built around 68/70
Any idea on value or who might be interested in it.
Location Heidelberg Melbourne vintage

Post some pictures and tell us a bit about it and you might get a more accurate answer.

Thanks for taking the time and leading me to the right path, didn't know there was a Retro/vintage section or else I would of used it first up
