Frame identification- aluminium

Postby Camanche73 » Sat Sep 22, 2018 9:30 am

Hi all.
New poster here but have been lurking for a while.
Picked up this bike for the groupset (Shimano 600) but am now curious about the frame.
Tubing is not round, rather oval and changes OD. Has internal cable routing and braze ons.
It has very interesting rear drop outs which I have not seen before. Wondering if anybody has any idea about who the manufacturer may have been?

ID for a mystery frame is always hard & your photos may be a little small to get any useful id, but you never know

That version of shimano 600 was 88-98 & seatpost collar says mid to late 90s (IIRC prior to then used welded lugs which cracked)
It doesn't get easier, you just get slower
