Does anyone know who was the main bike frame builder for Tollis Cycles after WW2?
Jim Bundy told me, when he did work for Russ Tollis, it was mainly in the capacity of mechanic. He said Russ has his own frame builder at the time. Assume this would be from the late 1950s. Apparently this frame builder died young.
Anyone know his name?
