I'm after some straight up, normal 1" threaded 700c Cro-moly road forks, not too much rake. 165-170mm steerer, no less than 20mm of threads. Prefer chrome, white or black (but can be painted if need be). Drilled for brake (obviously, being road forks). And no fender / pannier eyelets. Something that will suit a earlier 80's frame.
Oh, and pick up in Adelaide would be nice.
It's for my girlfriends new track frame, which isn't drilled for brakes. I'm giving it to her for Xmas, and I'd like to have it built up for her whilst we're on holidays.
I'm not asking for much am I?
PS: I've hit up Bicycle Express and Super Elliotts and got one pair and the steerer is too long, and needs to be threaded more, so they're no good to me. If worse comes to worse, I may try and get Norwood Parade cycles to re-thread if they can.
