WTB - Syd - Cheap 700C Wheelset & V-Brakes
Cell had some $90 700c wheels. I bought a pair for my commuter and they seem to be "ok" - a little heavy and in need of initial bearing re-lube but Cheap!
They are the Swift Star wheels Justin
