what length are the cranks? Might be interested if you have 165s or 170s

They are all 170mm except the Campag, which are 172.5

Yes, and I often use shimano BB with Campagnolo cranks as original retro Campag BBs are very expensive.
But typically you need a shorter axle than the older Super Record cranks to keep the chain line exactly right. If you have a modern BB you should be fine.

I've got the same/similar drilled chainring zeus cranks on my bike, was wondering if you knew much about them/history??

I assume they are 1970's or early 1980's. These came off a circa 1982 Ken Evans I got in NZ. Other components on the bike were Zeus 2000.
They are nice cranks!
