This is Lusso FLUORO yellow (make your eyes hurt) men's medium sized jersey/jacket. It has a high collar, full zip, 3 pockets at back and a thick roubaix interior. I have worn it a few times, but on the big side for me and kept for a while. I am letting it go and will sell for $25 neg. I am happy to post pics.
This would be great in traffic areas - highly visible.
