WTB - Front suspension Fork - SydneyHi all, i'm rebuilding a frame I have lying around so I can rejoin the trails.
Looking for a front suspension Fork. Around 80 - 100mm travel. Steerer size needs to be at least 1 1/8 and at least 180mm long. Looking for something a little better than a coil sprung RST fork. Other than that i'm open to suggestions Cheers Glen 0416 481 450 Last edited by foomanchoo on Tue Feb 24, 2009 12:48 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Hi Mate,
I'm probably after something at around about the "Tora" level, or better. Cheers Glen Stolen - Norco Six three 2007 - grey

Look out Foomanchoo.
Seargent Aushiker won't like you leaving your location out of your thread title. Be very afraid. I'm sure he'll be along shortly to barate you suitably as he definately wasn't singling me out the other day when our two threads were right next to each other but for some reason I was subjected to his pitifull BS. Oh dear, no postage options in the thread either. Man, you'll be in big trouble when the sarg arrives.
Thanks for the tip. I saw your thread and thought to myself. Why don't you just update it in accordance with the rules? It's really not that hard. Stolen - Norco Six three 2007 - grey

... but still reasonable. Better than the Suntour XCR / XCM rubbish that Mongoose switched to for their post-2006 Tyax range. At least with Darts and Judy's you've got sufficient range in the preload and rebound damping to be able to set the fork up for 25% sag for most people. For me at 80kg we couldn't wind on enough preload and for my son at ~60kg we couldn't loosen it off enough.
