You might get a BMX for $100.(they are S/S)
Do you want a conversion or a true track type bike with horizontal drop outs?
The superlite frame you sold would have been suitable for a conversion.

You would be extremely lucky to find one for $100.
E bay is worth watching but you will see $200 plus prices just for frames alone without any of the other bits.
Entry level new ones are only around the $700 mark.
