WTB/SWAP-SYDNEY 9cm Stem for 25.8mm bars

I need a 9cm stem for roadbike handlebars of 25.8mm, black preferably and cheap alloy prefered, with 38mm hight and prefer about 84degrees angle.
I got a 11.5cm that I can trade if required, it came with the bike its promax alloy with 38mm hight and possible 84degrees 4bolt front.

Are we talking

a) 1 1/8" threadless
b) 1" threadless
c) 1 1/8" threaded (25.4 quill) or
d) 1" threaded (22.2 quill)

I've mentioned it before - I bought some nice stems quite cheaply recently from this ebay seller

PS: 25.8 mm bars are supposed to fit both 25.4 mm (MTB, flat bar, old road) and 26.0 mm (modern road) stems, though I'd check them with a vernier caliper. Some '25.8' bars I bought recently actually measure much closer to 26.0 mm

Yes I am fairly sure its A as its an 07 roadie, thanks for the link I think I might try those stems, where do I get vernier caliper? I measured using a big shifter
