Is there an Australian version of these racks? I have absolutley no metal work skillz.

WTB: Front rack [Adel]
Along the lines of a Cetma rack. I'm thinking of building up a dedicated fixed gear grocery bike, and I'll need transport 12-14kg bag of dog food (that's the biggest / heaviest thing we buy).
Something that attaches using the front axle bolts and probably the brake hole and stem or to the bars (see below). Is there an Australian version of these racks? I have absolutley no metal work skillz. Something like this:

Does it necessarily have to be all metal? I think that you could do well with a timber frame and metal stays.

Yeah, I've got my eye on one that orginally came from an Electra. It has wooden slats on it.
