WTB - Anything Old Trash/Treasure - Gold Coast QLD

Looking to start a little inventory of bits and pieces, I currently have a store-bought bike and that's it.

I'd like to build up a wet weather bike from old bits and pieces I can get for nix (or next to it). I also want to build it myself so I can get a bit of maintenance experience.

Everything I can get my hands on I want to strip back and clean up and turn basically what looks like trash into shiny treasure. Any redundant parts (or bikes) would be restored as best as possible and would be available to the forum for further recycling.

Ideally I'd also like to be able to build bikes to donate to lifeline too, depending on how things go as far as parts available and time.

So if you have any junk that you'd like to donate, pm me. I'm on the Gold Coast.

Aim to collect stuff got 26" wheeled mountain bicycles. These parts are more common and tend to be more readily interchangeable.

Just a bump. Thanks to Tomns for the old Malvern 2-Star however I'm still on the hunt as there are a few bits and pieces I'm still missing. (IF I can get the frame back into a safe and workable condition)

Incidentally I have two wonderlight holders available to anyone who can put them to use.
