WTB (Melbourne) - 62-65cm chromo frame/forks

Hi.
I'm looking for an '80s road frame and forks.
It must have:
1) A seat tube of at least 62cm centre to centre in length (64cm-65cm is preferred)
2) Have butted chromoly at least for the main triangle
3) Have downtube shifter braze-ons
4) Have at least one set of eyelets on the forks and rear stays (for mudguard mounting)

I prefer something Japanese or similar in origin, i.e. - Miyata, Univega, Shogun, Repco/Nishiki, Kuwahara/Apollo etc. It doesn't have to be a showpiece, and I'm not too worried about the paint condition; I just need something functional with no bends, cracks, bulges or bad rust.
I can pick up in Melbourne metro area.
