WTB - Anywhere - Complete Bike Or Frameset

Hi all.
It's time to upgrade, and I'm looking for a high end complete bike or frameset.
My budget is up to $5k for a complete build. I live in Townsville, but I'm prepared to pay for postage.
I'm 168cm tall, 56kg, 80cm inseam, 51 - 54cm seat tube depending on the brand/ measurement type.
