WTB - WA - 24" road bike

Postby bantem » Sat Jul 25, 2009 8:27 pm

I am looking for a road bike for my son. Anyone finished with one and looking to sell it of? 24" wheels seem to be the go but I am interested to see what you have worked out. He is only 4'5" or 140 cm. 11 yrs old and probably still growing!

I was not a lot taller than that as a young fella and had a 24" 'road bike' which I rode until about 14 when this new-fangled BMX thing started in the US.

I'm impressed to here that they still exist - or rather, that tyres are available!
