Is this a 3-speed bike?

If so, and the owner ends up not using it, please let me know. I'm after multi-speed hubs.

I am on the Gold Coast so I'm not in the running for the whole thing.
Please pardon my ignorableness

Hi,
I would love to take you up on the frame if it is still available.
PM me and we can work something out?
Thanks,

Good home is where the bike will be done up to her former glory and passed on.
