Bought this bike on a whim, but I'm not 100% sure about it suiting my needs now that I've thought about it, basically I want something that can handle 28c tyres and fenders, which this can't.
It's a:
* dark gray/green (with metallic flecks)
* lugged 54cm (Seat Tube, C-C) steel bike, with
* Sora STI shifters, a 7 speed rear with Exage derailleur
* and an RSX front derailleur with a 46/36 double.
* It's also got a pair of pretty new Maxis Detonators (700x23c).
Otherwise, it rides pretty well, it's set up nicely as a comfortable steel ride (lugs look great too).
Bought it for $150 and spent $20 on a new bottom bracket (with a newer chain generously supplied by gclark) and would like to sell it for the same (i.e. $170), I figure the shifters and drop are worth possibly close to that when new. It's a good bike and dieing for someone to spend a few bucks on it and possibly even do a repaint to get a great light, steel roadie. For me though, I'm looking for something more like a cross or touring bike.
