Hi Ghettro, I must apologise, and I am not trying to invade your space, but since you are able to use the word "vintage"without being jumped upon, I would like to let the others know. I have the matching Tracksuit top, no holes, great nick, zipp works well, and it's in good condition. So mine could be "vintage" also. It's around 40"chest measurement, and I would like $70, for the extra material, plus P&H. So the person that buys yours, may want the set. Maybe it might fit you? Those interested can PM me. Cheers, BrentonO

Spirito, Wel I'm not the time-keeper on this site, think Grey (Kalgrm) is... But have you heard of the movie "Gone in Sixty Seconds" well you can speak to Sixx about that, boy he was quick. It's gone, I'm sorry (well, only subject to funds) But will be posting some interesting "Vintage" road jumpers, shortly... Famcucine-Campagnolo, Molteni and Fiat, originals. Have quite a collection of old jumpers, to go with my old parts. Cheers, BrentonO

Thanks M@ , you didn't need to bother, because as you would have read, it is already gone. Cheers BrentonO

Sorry - I can't read OT story (since it's a dead thread anyway) - as kids we were riding our BMXs around the bitumen tennis court at a campsite, one mate popped a mono and came down hard just as the campsite caretaker came storming up, pointed at the 'no bicycles' sign and yelled "CAN'T YOU READ???!!". Without skipping a beat, my mate looked up, and I could've sworn a tear slowly trickled down his cheek as he said in a wavering voice... "n-n-n-no" He should've been an actor - I never saw that angry caretaker lost for words before (or since)

M@ Thankx for the story, a good one. Never got to Hobart, but did a couple of Carnivals in the North, couple of Aussie titles, from Tassie, and a Fairest & Best Medal for best cyclist, but all in the past, and no recognition. Amazed I can even remember it, seems like a couple of lifetimes ago, and is...? Funny thing about fame, it's fleeting. But still have great memories of Tassie (great Apple cider parties in the barn). Cheers BrentonO

M@ Since we are OT, and making light, how is it you can put "Vintage" IN my post, ironic isn't it. Though I think we have now established from another thread, what applies to clothing (though not cycle parts) and I can confirm that I did get that article, in the era, around the mid-seventies, before 1980, and that's in the era, B.C. (Before Cyclepaths) so at least it was correct nomenclature. Thanks BrentonO

M@ I amazed, you must be one of the first and only to have the Internet in Tassie. Wasn't in Tassie a couple of weeks ago, been outside Oz, for many years, been in much more primitive places than Tassie, well maybe? Smile. (don't use emoticons, OS) B.
