WTB [NZ]: Path Track or Path Road (complete or bits...)

As the title suggest I'm after a Track Path or Path Road. old vintage bike, something that takes 28 1/2 rims. Keen on complete, in- complete. after about a 56ish size.... like some westwood rims and woods if possible, don't mind if fixed or coaster rear.
Looking to build a ratty style one so dont mind if rusted a bit, something like below?....
hopefully with major taylor, number 7 post etc....

Also I'm in NZ so would need posting, if thats a hassle then apologies...

Guess depends, prob gonn acost to much for a complete to send, due more to weight??
All comes down to what it is, condition, what is asking? I'd prefer something a bit rattier, but open to whatever??
