Very, very clean. Comes with front rack.

I just have to ask....

What is the providence? Does AP sell off their old bikes (I think most of them have been phased out in favour of motorcycles haven't they?) or something similar?

It's a postie bike, it can carry plenty of lettuce!!! (get it - lettuce sounds like letters. HA. I'm so freakin' funny). I'll shut up now.

Is that an original or a home-made front carry? Apparently for some reason these bicycles are usually sold without their front carry for some reason.

I'm assuming it's original. I'm posting it on behalf of a mate so I don't know too much about it.

I have seen it in the flesh though and it's clean. It still has the blue protective film on the mudguard chrome!

I thought it would make a cool pub bike. You could fit a slab in the front rack.

Nice bike. There was one of these on auction at Mitchell Rd Auctions in sydney not long ago, it also included the original Australia Post panniers and front bag :)
