This is a well used bike. I bought it used on fleabay in November 2009 in near new condition (from a mountain bicyclist who wanted to try road cycling and didn't like it) with only 1000km on it. In the first year the frame developed a crack at the base of the seat post (it was a 2007 frameset). As I had the original receipt I was able to arrange for a warranty replacement frame.
I've done 22000km on this brilliant bike. It has been well maintained by myself and over time it has had new cranks, new left lever, new front derailleur and new wheels - it came with FSA cranks and Fulcrum 7 wheels.
The headset has been replaced in the last year and one month ago the bottom bracket, cable inners and outers,cassette, chain and bar tape were replaced.
As i wrote this bike has been well looked after but it's been ridden. Never crashed though and the frame and forks are in really good condition with the usual paint chips and cable rub.
I'm selling because I have too many bikes and this one doesn't get ridden because it's not steel or campagnolo - yes I got religion
I would consider swapping the bike for a steel campagnolo equipped bike in my size, otherwise $1000
Naturally I would prefer to do the deal locally and you're welcome to come and test ride which I would recommend. However I would consider posting if the buyer covers the cost.
