WTB: SYD Dura Ace 7900 c24 front wh spokes

Looking for a Front spoke for a dura ace 7900 c24 wheel. Shimano Aus seem to be out so if anyone has any spares ill happily pay +postage to get a couple.

Friends of mine rang around Australia and NZ with no luck a couple of weeks ago.

I got mine from Moruya Cycles a few weeks ago. There was some confusion over the CL (carbon laminate) and TL (tubeless) designations so work out first which one you have as they are different.

Also could be worth trying Bike Shed in Braddon as when I was chasing one I asked there and even though they said Shimano had none they called me a couple of weeks later to say it had come in, but I had already bought one from Moruya as they had it in stock.

Depends which wheel he has. My one (TL I think) has the nipple as part of the spoke

thats interesting... I read on another thread that CX-Rays fit on the c24, so it may either be another generation or they did a bit of modding

Moruya has the 7850 C24 front spoke in stock which is 1mm longer but they say is fine to use.

The TLs will have the nipple as part of the spoke as there is not hole in the rim bed to put a nipple through.

The 1mm difference in length to the 7850 spokes is not an issue.

The spokes on my 7850 C24 tubulars all have Sapim written on them so straight pull CX-rays are the way to go if you can't get hold of the 'Shimano' spokes.
