Not getting enough use so I have decided to let this one go.

No long legged Brisbanites (or otherwise) around?
Where abouts in Brisbane are you?
I am in Greenslopes.
good luck, xcx. you don't see many 653 frames on the market. shame you have to sell.
I am looking for just such a frame.. Are you interested in selling it as a frameset?
I'm in WA. Also do you know what size the seat post is?
I may be keen on the rest if you do go down the splitting route....
From memory seat post diameter is 27.0mm. Not keen on having to strip it down but maybe you could work it out between the two of you?
Can you please double check the seat post diameter for me and I'll PM the other poster and see hat we can come up with?
I can confirm seatpost diameter is 27.0.
fyi, lunar dude, my raleigh 653 race was 27.0mm too
a free bump for a beautiful bike, unless you're a north brissy bayside kid it just won't have the same sentimental value but a lovely honest machine nonetheless
Still available, looks sad in the garage not being ridden
Are those 167.5mm cranks?
Not sure, would have to check, why?
It's always good to know what length the cranks are (and while you are there, the width of the bars centre to centre would be good as well).
Hey xcx, will be in Bris the w/e, but would like to know crank length and bar width, rather than potentially waste your/my time. Thanks.
Sorry, only just saw your message. The cranks are 167.5mm, but I also have matching 105 cranks in 170 and 175 length that I would be willing to chuck in (I collected a few spares for this groupset).
I believe the bars are 44cm but I would double check for you.
Right, went and looked at what I have. I can confirm the following.
Bars are 44cm wide.
Installed cranks are 167.5mm but I have a set of 170mm and 172.5mm, either of which I would throw in.
Bump. Will this rain ever end?
This would walk out the door at pushies. Perhaps hold it back til then? Agree, nuts weather.
Free bump for a nice ride.
I like the look of your Hendren - any chance of some more pictures.
BTW is it still for sale???
It would not be at all strange if history came to the conclusion that the perfection of the bicycle was the greatest achievement of the nineteenth century.
Price drop - $600
Still available - also see my other 59cm frame that I have just put up.
Any offers before I part this out and keep the frame?
