WTS - ADL - Old fancy lugged Harvey track frame

Hi All
Vintage Harvey, fancy lugged track frame.
The frame needs a good clean, it has some minor knocks but for its age is in not too bad condition,
Has really nice fancy panels, arrows, scrollwork and seat stays.
Would build into a fine racer, headset and BB assembly is included (as in picture).
Offered here first or it goes on ebay.

Nice. But why is it that the majority of old bikes have 22" seat tubes you hardly ever see 23" or bigger. We're Aussies shorter back then or what?

Hi,
At a guess i would say late 40's to early 50's.
The size of frame is seat-tube 54cm (c-c) and top-tube 58cm (c-c)
I may be able to also assist in parts.
