wtb: SA. hybrid/touring bits n bobd

finally tracked down a shogun metro thanks to a fellow forum member. picking it up tomorrow now i need to kit it out. looking to buy the following items, all of which are bulky so my preference is SA pickup.

1) front and rear racks for 700c. will consider any but preference for rear is topeak mtx. also may be interested in mtx bag.

2) 700c fenders/mudguards. suit rigid fork. looking for full style

3) 700c hybrid wheelset 8/9 speed compatible in good condition


all long shots but i figure id check here before buying new
